1 · The machine

Not sure of the exact designation? Run it through Machine Match. It will give you the weight class, pin diameter and coupler style, which is all we need to quote accurately.

On a used machine this is the number that catches people out, because a previous owner may have changed the coupler. Measure the pin itself, not the bore.
2 · What you need
Attachment type (pick as many as apply)
Multiple units of the same tool are priced differently, so say so here and we will quote the break.
This changes the answer. A down machine gets stock; a budget cycle gets options.
Material, duty cycle and site access all change what we would recommend: a severe-duty bucket in rock, a general-purpose one in fill. Tell us the job and we will tell you the tool.

If you are outfitting a mixed fleet, the useful exercise is not pricing one bucket. It is working out how few attachments you can own and still cover every machine. Standardising couplers across a yard often does more for utilisation than buying another tool. Say so in the form and we will quote it that way.
